Sweet Flora was live-trapped at Sarett Nature Center. She was underweight and has had at least one litter of kittens. We believe she was an outdoor cat, abandoned by neighbors who moved (but that is of course speculation). No one came forward to claim her. She has now been spayed, dewormed, and had a rabies shot. 
 
Flora's favorite thing in the world is FOOD. It took a while but she has adjusted to being indoors and shows no real inclination to go back outside, though she would probably love a catio. She is drinking in all the delights that come with being a pet. She loves her cushy bed and sleeping in the sun, and taking as many treats as possible. She is reserved with the other animals but very polite with them and avoids conflict. She likes people but is quiet about seeking out affection. She would make a great pet for a quiet home that appreciates a true cat's-cat.
